Bess will help you style your dessert table, placesettings, centerpirces, and help with creative party favors and bar decor that are sure to be eye-catchers and conversation starters

How long do we have the mobile venue for? The amount you pay will cover your rental for 1 day.
When do we have to pay for the remainder of our rental? One week before the drop off we will need the balance of your rental fee.

Can we pick up the trailer and items ourselves and set up to save money? Possibly. The cost of the packages include delivery, set-up and take-down. However, to save some money it may be possible to pick up the trailer and set it up yourselves, in certain circumstances. You will need to provide vehicle and event insurance.

Can the trailer be brought to really rural places? We want you to have the wedding of your dreams, where you want it. However, remember that this trailer will be bringing everything you need to have a pop-up wedding and will be heavy. The roads and access to the site you would like to have your wedding needs to be conducive to those ends. We can help you assess this when we first make contact, and if the location you are hoping for will be accessible and safe for our equipment.
